Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including common conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry-based model. Clinicians work in a team-based practice with in-house referral support from psychiatrists and therapists and have strong operational support to reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage outpatient patients with lower to moderate acuity mental health conditions.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Use established session structures for intakes and follow-ups.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, evidence-based care model.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing workflows.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
