Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. You will complete psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry-based model. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, structured visit lengths, and collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists in an integrated care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient psychiatric patients.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
- Use telepsychiatry tools to complete 100% remote patient visits.
- Coordinate care with an in-house network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a structured outpatient workflow with standard intake and follow-up visit lengths.
- Maintain clinical decision-making within established standards while managing patient volume and schedule preferences.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Prior work in a collaborative, team-based outpatient practice.
