Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry-based model. The role offers clinical autonomy, standard visit lengths, and integrated referral support from psychiatrists and therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage care for lower to moderate acuity mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Use a fully remote telepsychiatry workflow for scheduled intake and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists for integrated patient care and referrals.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a team-based care model with operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
