Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage standard intake and follow-up visits, complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and support treatment planning, medication management, and psychoeducation. Work within a clinician-led, integrated telepsychiatry model with in-house referral support and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage follow-up care for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and related concerns.
- Participate in a fully remote, outpatient practice using standard intake and follow-up visit structures.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with operational teams for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing support.
- Apply clinical judgment within established standards while maintaining schedule flexibility and patient selection preferences.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based mental health care.
