Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit lengths. Work in a clinician-led, telepsychiatry model with strong operational support, in-house referral pathways, and flexibility over scheduling and patient mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage follow-up care for common mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Use a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based workflow for outpatient visits.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a team-based clinical model while maintaining clinical autonomy.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted nursing license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
Preferred
- Experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Prior experience using electronic medical records in outpatient psychiatry.
- Strong collaborative, team-based approach.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
