Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care as an experienced PMHNP, primarily for lower- to moderate-acuity patients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a structured telepsychiatry model. Work in a clinician-led, team-based practice with strong operational support and the flexibility to shape schedule and patient mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Serve patients with lower- to moderate-acuity mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use established session structures for intakes and follow-ups while maintaining clinical autonomy.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with operational teams for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records for clinical documentation.

- Experience with collaborative, team-based outpatient psychiatry.
- Experience in tech-enabled or highly structured virtual care settings.
