This role provides fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The clinician primarily performs psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy with standard intake and follow-up visit lengths. It is an integrated, team-based model with in-house referral support and strong operational assistance to reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient behavioral health conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy during scheduled virtual visits.
- Manage care for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and related lower- to moderate-acuity needs.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, and the internal referral network as needed.
- Use established session structures for intakes and follow-up visits in a telepsychiatry setting.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, evidence-based care model.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based behavioral health practice.
- Experience with virtual outpatient psychiatry workflows.
- Strong interest in evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
