Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard telepsychiatry visit lengths. Work in a clinician-led, team-based model with strong operational support and access to in-house psychiatrist and therapist referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage lower to moderate acuity psychiatric conditions in a fully remote setting.
- Use standard intake and follow-up session structures within established clinical guidelines.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model with clinical autonomy.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with telemedicine or virtual psychiatric care.
- Experience caring for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
