Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit lengths. Work in a clinician-led, integrated telepsychiatry model with strong operational and referral support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management visits.
- Provide treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy for common mood and anxiety conditions.
- Manage a lower to moderate acuity caseload in a fully remote setting.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Use established clinical standards for session structure and weekly availability.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records for clinical documentation.
Preferred
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Prior experience in a collaborative, team-based outpatient model.
- Familiarity with telemedicine workflows.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
