Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity patients, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Work within standard intake and follow-up visit lengths, using an integrated telepsychiatry model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, team-based care, and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy during outpatient visits.
- Manage telepsychiatry-based care for patients with common mood and anxiety conditions.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Use established clinical standards to structure sessions and patient follow-up.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model with operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with a collaborative, team-based outpatient psychiatry model.
- Experience caring for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Background in supportive therapy and psychoeducation.
