Description

Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The work centers on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy in a telepsychiatry model with standard visit lengths. The practice offers integrated referrals, strong operational support, and significant schedule flexibility within established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations for adult patients with common mood, anxiety, and attention disorders.
  • Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
  • Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists when additional support is needed.
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in a fully remote telepsychiatry workflow with scheduled intakes and follow-up visits.
  • Use clinical judgment to manage patients within established standards while maintaining flexibility in session structure and weekly availability.
Required
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive evaluations and medication management.
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry setting.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
  • Experience treating lower to moderate acuity psychiatric conditions in outpatient care.
  • Prior experience in collaborative, team-based behavioral health settings.
  • Experience with evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
