Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. This role focuses on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy in a telepsychiatry-based model. Clinicians work within a collaborative, integrated care team with strong operational support and flexible control over schedule and patient mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient psychiatric patients.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of routine care.
- Manage follow-up visits in a standard telepsychiatry session structure.
- Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists, therapists, and referral partners.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Coordinate care through supported workflows, including scheduling, intake, billing, and licensing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records.
Preferred
- Experience with virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Background working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Experience in collaborative, team-based care.
- Interest in evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
