Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model that emphasizes clinical autonomy and predictable scheduling. Work within an integrated, clinician-led team with in-house referrals and strong operational support to minimize administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide medication management for common mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of routine care.
- Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Use established session structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a team-based practice model with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including assessment, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
