Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Day-to-day work centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit lengths. Care is supported by an integrated referral network, with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing handled by the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Coordinate care within an integrated model and refer patients to psychiatrists or therapists as needed.
- Use telepsychiatry workflows to deliver fully remote psychiatric care.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in collaborative, team-based clinical care with operational support for scheduling and billing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience with outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
