Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Clinical work is supported by an in-house referral network, standard session lengths, and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide treatment planning and medication management for common mental health conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of routine care.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in a fully remote telepsychiatry workflow with established clinical standards.
- Manage a patient panel aligned with clinical criteria and practice preferences.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a team-based care model.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
Preferred
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient psychiatry.
- Strong communication and collaborative team-based practice style.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
