Description

Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit structures. Work in a clinician-led, integrated telepsychiatry model with strong operational support and collaboration across psychiatry and therapy teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
  • Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
  • Manage care for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and other lower to moderate acuity conditions.
  • Use standard session structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists for integrated, team-based care.
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in a fully remote workflow with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support handled operationally.
Required
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
  • Experience with collaborative, team-based outpatient psychiatric care.
  • Experience in evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
