Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care as an experienced PMHNP, focusing on lower- to moderate-acuity patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a structured telepsychiatry model. The practice emphasizes clinical autonomy, with strong operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for adults with common behavioral health conditions.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Use a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based workflow to deliver care.
- Coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists for integrated patient care and referrals.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a team-based care model while maintaining clinical autonomy within established standards.
- Maintain assigned weekly availability and session structure within practice guidelines.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
