Conduct remote scientific evaluation work focused on molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, and CRISPR-based gene editing. Review and assess scientific content, experimental strategies, and AI-generated outputs to support accuracy and reasoning in next-generation AI systems. Translate complex biological concepts into clear documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on structured quality review.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and evaluate CRISPR-based gene editing workflows and experimental strategies.
- Apply molecular biology, cell biology, and genetics expertise to assess scientific content and AI-generated outputs.
- Perform and evaluate cloning, genotyping, PCR-based assays, and DNA/RNA sequence analysis.
- Design and review synthetic DNA/RNA sequences and high-throughput screening strategies.
- Analyze molecular mechanisms, cellular organization, organelle function, and genetic modifications.
- Translate complex biological concepts and experimental findings into structured documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
- Apply structured evaluation criteria and scientific judgment to improve AI performance.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biology, Genetics, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRISPR technology, gene editing, cloning, genotyping, and PCR-based assays.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques, DNA/RNA sequence analysis, and cellular biology.
- Experience working in wet lab research environments.
- Strong analytical, scientific reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to scientific detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred
- Master’s degree or PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
- Experience developing scientific evaluation frameworks, rubrics, or quality review processes.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, scientific data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary or remote research teams.
- Background in high-throughput screening, genomics, biotechnology, or synthetic biology.
