Provide medical review support for promotional and non-promotional materials in rheumatology and broader immunology, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with medical strategy. The role also brings medical expertise to commercial partners, supports claim development, and helps maintain product knowledge and departmental resources. This is a cross-functional, industry-facing position that relies on medical review workflows and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific review and approval of promotional and medical materials in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with medical leads to align materials with medical strategy.
- Provide medical and scientific input to commercial teams on promotional claims and related initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison to cross-functional teams to incorporate current medical information into resources.
- Support development and maintenance of product expertise and medical information materials.
- Use medical review systems and workflows, including Veeva PromoMats when applicable.
Required
- Advanced degree in PharmD, MD, or a master’s in Biology or Chemistry.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Experience as a Medical Reviewer.
- Experience in Immunology.
- Experience with the medical review process and use of Veeva PromoMats.
Preferred
- Rheumatology experience.
- Experience with Veeva Medical Affairs.
