Provide remote, video-based care for children and adolescents ages 9–18 by reviewing comprehensive biomarker panels, interpreting pediatric lab results, and explaining findings to families. Translate results into clear follow-up plans that may include diet changes, targeted supplements, lifestyle recommendations, recheck timing, or referral when needed. Work within a structured, tech-enabled clinical model that emphasizes prevention, precision, and careful protocol-based review.
Key Responsibilities
- Review full pediatric biomarker panels across nutrient, metabolic, cardiovascular, blood/immune, and thyroid systems.
- Interpret results using pediatric-specific reference ranges and clinical decision frameworks.
- Conduct video visits with families to explain every value, flag, and next step.
- Document clinical reasoning clearly and communicate what matters versus what can be monitored.
- Write individualized follow-up plans that may include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and timing for recheck.
- Contribute patterns and clinical observations back to the team to help refine protocols and family-facing language.
- Stay current on pediatric biomarker research and evolving reference range guidance.
- Use telehealth workflows in a fully remote, nationwide practice.
Required
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- National certification as a CPNP-PC or FNP-BC/FNP-C with substantial pediatric experience.
- Active, unrestricted RN and APRN licensure.
- Experience interpreting pediatric lab results and discussing findings with families.
- Comfort with telehealth and fully remote, video-based care.
- Strong responsiveness, organization, and proactive communication skills.
Preferred
- Background or strong interest in preventive, functional, or longevity-oriented medicine.
- Familiarity with biomarker testing beyond standard CBC/CMP panels.
- Multi-state licensure or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Bilingual communication skills, especially English/Spanish.
- Experience in digital health or telehealth settings.
