Physicians provide virtual patient care through scheduled and on-demand video, phone, and asynchronous visits, with a focus on urgent care, primary care, weight management, lab review, remote monitoring, and functional medicine. Care is delivered to adults and pediatrics across a range of telehealth programs, with an emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered practice. The role is fully remote and flexible, with opportunities to work across additional programs based on experience and interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and on-demand virtual visits by video, phone, and asynchronous communication.
- Provide care for patients in urgent care, primary care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring, and related programs.
- Evaluate and support adults and pediatric patients across diverse clinical needs.
- Coordinate care within a telehealth workflow that includes multiple programs and visit types.
- Maintain compassionate, patient-centered interactions in a remote setting.
- Participate in supervision requirements as needed for credentialing and licensure.
- Use telemedicine technology platforms to deliver care efficiently.
Required
- Active MD or DO license.
- Licensure in at least two of the following states: CA, FL, TX, NY, TN, or GA.
- Minimum of 5 active state licenses.
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency with telemedicine or virtual care technology.
Preferred
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience.
- Experience in independent practice.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
