Provide outpatient psychiatric care for clients through office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid model, with treatment focused on evidence-based, personalized mental health care. The role is designed for experienced PMHNPs building an ongoing practice and includes support for client matching, credentialing, billing, and clinical consultation. Clinicians retain autonomy over treatment decisions while using practice tools for notes, treatment plans, scheduling, and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for clients in outpatient settings.
- Provide care through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits based on practice preference.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans under clinical leadership guidance.
- Use AI-supported tools for notes, treatment plans, session summaries, and takeaways.
- Coordinate with dedicated coaches and scheduling support to build and manage an ideal caseload.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with the clinical team.
- Manage prescribing and follow-up care while maintaining clinical autonomy over treatment decisions.
- Coordinate credentialing and billing workflows supported by the practice platform.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin.
- Reside in Wisconsin.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience building or maintaining an outpatient psychiatric caseload.
- Experience using telemedicine or hybrid care workflows.
- Comfort working in a practice model with AI-supported documentation and scheduling tools.
