Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults as a PMHNP, with a focus on evidence-based assessment, prescribing, and personalized treatment planning. Visits can be delivered in office, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid model, with flexibility to build a schedule that supports practice growth. The role includes support from clinical leadership, peer consultation, and tools for documentation, scheduling, and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
- Conduct evidence-based treatment planning for psychiatric conditions.
- Use office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visit formats based on your schedule.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and peers through weekly office hours and consultation.
- Use AI-assisted tools for notes, treatment plans, session summaries, and takeaways.
- Manage patient communication, scheduling, billing workflows, and credentialing support as needed.
- Maintain clinical autonomy while building and growing an outpatient caseload.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Washington.
- Must reside in Washington.
- At least 2 years of outpatient prescribing experience as a PMHNP.
- Eligible for part-time or full-time contract work.
Preferred
- Experience building or growing an outpatient psychiatric caseload.
- Comfort with telemedicine and hybrid practice workflows.
- Experience using digital documentation or AI-supported clinical tools.
