The role emphasizes personalized treatment planning, ongoing prescribing, and building a sustainable caseload with support from clinical leadership and practice-growth resources. You also participate in consultation, documentation support, and practice development workflows while maintaining autonomy over treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care for adult mental health patients.
- Conduct evidence-based treatment planning and medication management.
- Use telehealth or office-based workflows to deliver care in a flexible practice model.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership through weekly office hours and peer consultation.
- Document care using AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in credentialing, billing, scheduling, and patient matching workflows supported by the platform.
- Maintain independent clinical judgment while collaborating within the practice support structure.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Vermont.
- Must reside in Vermont.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience.
- Part-time commitment of at least two days per week.
Preferred
- Experience building or growing a psychiatric caseload.
- Experience with telemedicine or hybrid psychiatric care.
- Comfort using AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.
