Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and/or other clients through office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid schedule, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and personalized medication management. The role is designed for experienced PMHNPs who want to build and maintain a growing caseload while retaining clinical autonomy. Practice support includes scheduling, credentialing, billing, peer consultation, and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients in office-based, telehealth, or hybrid settings.
- Provide evidence-based medication management and individualized treatment planning.
- Coordinate care using client matching, scheduling support, and patient communication tools.
- Use AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries to streamline documentation.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with clinical leadership.
- Manage a practice with support for credentialing, billing, and business development workflows.
- Maintain clinical autonomy while delivering ongoing psychiatric care.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
- Residency in South Carolina.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience building a psychiatric caseload in a private practice or telehealth setting.
