The clinician provides outpatient psychiatric care for patients seen in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and personalized medication management. The role is designed for experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners who want to build and grow a sustainable caseload while maintaining clinical autonomy. Support includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, peer consultation, and AI-enabled documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management visits for adult patients.
- Provide evidence-based treatment planning with individualized care approaches.
- Use telemedicine, office-based, or hybrid visit formats based on patient and practice needs.
- Coordinate care through scheduling support, patient communication tools, and billing workflows.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with clinical leadership.
- Maintain documentation using AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Build and sustain a caseload with support from practice growth coaching and client matching.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma and residing in the state.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
- Experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with independent prescribing responsibility.
Preferred
- Experience providing telemedicine or hybrid psychiatric care.
- Comfort working in a practice-growth model with active caseload development.
- Experience using digital tools for documentation and patient communication.
