Provide outpatient psychiatric care for clients using office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and personalized medication management. This role is designed for experienced PMHNPs who want to build and maintain a practice caseload with substantial scheduling flexibility. Clinical leadership support, peer consultation, and AI-enabled documentation tools help streamline day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult clients.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and individualized prescribing decisions.
- Use telehealth, office-based, or hybrid visit formats based on practice needs.
- Coordinate care with collaborating physician relationships and clinical leadership as needed.
- Document sessions, treatment plans, and visit summaries using supported technology tools.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation opportunities.
- Manage an outpatient caseload with support for scheduling, client matching, credentialing, and billing.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
- Must reside in North Carolina.
- At least two years of PMHNP clinical experience.
- At least two years of PMHNP prescribing experience.

- Experience working in independent or practice-building models.
- Experience providing telemedicine or hybrid psychiatric care.
- Comfort using AI-supported clinical documentation tools.
