The clinician provides outpatient psychiatric care for patients seen in office, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid model, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment and personalized care. The role is geared toward experienced PMHNPs building and managing their own caseload, with support for patient matching, billing, and practice development. Clinical autonomy is emphasized, along with access to consulting support, AI-assisted documentation tools, and scheduling and communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients in an outpatient setting.
- Provide evidence-based medication management and individualized treatment planning.
- Use telemedicine, office-based, or hybrid workflows based on the clinician’s practice model.
- Coordinate care with clinical leadership, peer consultants, and collaborating physician relationships as needed.
- Document care using AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in weekly office hours and consultation opportunities with the clinical team.
- Manage a caseload built through client matching and practice growth support.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada.
- Must reside in Nevada.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience managing an outpatient psychiatric caseload independently.
- Prior use of telemedicine or hybrid practice workflows.
- Experience working in a practice growth or practice-building model.
