This role focuses on outpatient psychiatric care for established PMHNPs, with a mix of office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits. Clinicians build and manage their own caseload while providing evidence-based, personalized treatment for mental health patients. The practice offers clinical leadership support, peer consultation, and technology tools to streamline documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and personalized approaches.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within scope of practice.
- Conduct care in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid settings based on your schedule.
- Use AI-supported documentation tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and peers through office hours and consultation.
- Build and manage a caseload with practice growth support and client matching.
- Handle practice activities supported by credentialing, billing, scheduling, and patient communication tools.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Michigan.
- Must reside in Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
- Experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with independent clinical responsibility.
Preferred
- Experience working in telemedicine or hybrid practice models.
- Prior experience with practice growth or building a patient panel.
- Comfort using AI-enabled documentation and workflow tools.
- Ability to commit at least two days per week to practice growth.
