Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients in a flexible outpatient practice, with care delivered in person, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid format. The role is intended for experienced PMHNPs who want to build and maintain a sustainable caseload with support for practice growth. Clinical decisions remain with the clinician, while the platform handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and documentation support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric visits and ongoing medication management for an outpatient caseload.
- Provide evidence-based treatment with individualized care planning.
- Use telehealth, office-based, or hybrid workflows based on practice preference.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership through weekly office hours and peer consultation.
- Use AI-supported tools for notes, treatment plans, session summaries, and takeaways.
- Participate in patient matching and practice-building efforts to develop a steady caseload.
- Manage prescribing and clinical follow-up within your scope of practice.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
- Must reside in Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience building or maintaining an outpatient psychiatric practice.
- Prior use of telemedicine or hybrid care workflows.
- Interest in a practice model with strong clinical autonomy and business support.
