Provide outpatient psychiatric care for patients seen in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and personalized plans. This role is intended for experienced PMHNPs who can maintain an active caseload and prioritize practice growth, with support for credentialing, billing, and client matching. Clinicians keep treatment decisions under their own clinical autonomy while collaborating with clinical leadership and peer consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits across office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid settings.
- Provide evidence-based medication management and individualized treatment planning.
- Use secure telehealth tools, scheduling support, and patient communication channels to manage care.
- Document care with AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with the clinical team.
- Coordinate with credentialing, billing, and practice development support to build and maintain a caseload.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.
- Reside in Maryland.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience building or sustaining a private psychiatric caseload.
- Comfort working independently with clinical leadership support.
- Experience using telemedicine or hybrid care models.
