Provide outpatient psychiatric care as an experienced PMHNP, with a focus on evidence-based assessment and personalized treatment planning for mental health patients. The practice supports office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, and clinicians can build and manage their own caseload with clinical leadership and coaching. This role emphasizes practice growth, clinical autonomy, and a sustained weekly commitment rather than occasional supplemental work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients with mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based, personalized treatment plans under clinical leadership guidance.
- Use office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visit formats based on practice setup and schedule.
- Coordinate with collaborating physician relationships as part of practice development.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with the clinical team.
- Use AI-supported tools for notes, treatment plans, session summaries, and patient communication.
- Manage documentation, scheduling, and follow-up workflows within the platform.
- Build and maintain a caseload with support from dedicated coaches and client matching.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensure in Louisiana.
- Residence in Louisiana.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience.
Preferred
- Experience building a psychiatric practice or managing a private caseload.
- Comfort with telemedicine and hybrid care delivery.
- Experience using digital documentation or AI-enabled clinical tools.
