Provide outpatient psychiatric care for clients across office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with a focus on evidence-based treatment planning and personalized mental health care. The role is designed for experienced PMHNPs building a sustained caseload, with support for credentialing, billing, and practice development. Clinicians maintain treatment autonomy while collaborating with clinical leadership, peer consultants, and care support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid settings.
- Provide evidence-based, personalized treatment plans for adult psychiatric patients.
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing psychiatric care within scope of practice.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership, peer consultants, and support staff as needed.
- Use AI-enabled documentation tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation opportunities.
- Manage your caseload with scheduling, patient communication, and practice growth support.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Delaware.
- Reside in Delaware.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
- Part-time or contract availability, with a minimum commitment of two days per week.
Preferred
- Experience building or maintaining a psychiatric caseload.
- Experience working with telemedicine or hybrid care models.
- Comfort using AI-supported clinical documentation and workflow tools.
