This role centers on providing evidence-based psychiatric care for patients in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with a focus on building and managing a sustainable caseload. The work is designed for experienced PMHNPs who want to treat psychiatric conditions while maintaining control over treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing medication management for patients in outpatient settings.
- Conduct care through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visit formats based on your schedule.
- Use evidence-based and personalized treatment approaches guided by clinical leadership.
- Collaborate with the clinical team through weekly office hours and peer consultation.
- Maintain documentation using AI-supported notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Coordinate scheduling, patient matching, and practice growth activities to build your caseload.
- Work within credentialing, billing, and practice development workflows supported by the platform.
Required
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut.
- Must reside in Connecticut.
- At least 2 years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
- Experience providing psychiatric care in a clinical setting.
Preferred
- Experience working in telemedicine or hybrid psychiatric practice models.
- Interest in building a long-term, sustainable caseload.
- Comfort using AI-enabled documentation and practice tools.
