Provide outpatient psychiatric care for established and new patients using office-based, telehealth, or hybrid visits, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and individualized medication management. This role is designed for experienced PMHNPs who are building a sustainable caseload with support from clinical leadership, coaching, and practice development resources. Clinicians maintain broad autonomy in treatment decisions while collaborating with a team for consultation, credentialing, billing, and scheduling support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and prescribing services.
- Conduct care using office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visit formats.
- Coordinate treatment planning with clinical leadership and peer consultation resources.
- Use AI-supported documentation tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in weekly office hours and clinical consultation opportunities.
- Support practice growth through thoughtful client matching and caseload development.
- Manage patient communication, scheduling, and telehealth workflows with platform support.
- Maintain independent clinical decision-making while working within a supported practice model.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas and residency in the state.
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient prescribing experience as a PMHNP.
- Ability to work in a contract 1099 arrangement.
- Availability for at least two days per week.

- Experience building or growing an outpatient psychiatric caseload.
