Provide psychiatric care for patients in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits, with complete clinical autonomy and referrals supplied through the practice. The role centers on outpatient psychiatry and may include a mix of session types depending on your schedule and preferred modality. Clinical support is available through weekly office hours and peer consultation, while scheduling, credentialing, billing, and telehealth operations are handled for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing outpatient medication management.
- Provide care through in-person, telemedicine, or hybrid sessions.
- Coordinate with the practice’s scheduling, credentialing, and billing workflows.
- Use a secure telehealth platform for virtual visits when needed.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation for clinical support.
- Manage care independently while maintaining clinical autonomy.
Required
- Licensed psychiatrist.
- Reside in New Jersey.
- Available for a full-time or part-time 1099 contract position.
Preferred
- Interest in a flexible practice model with office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid care.
- Comfort working with Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients.
- Experience with outpatient psychiatry in a referral-based practice.
