Provide outpatient psychiatric care for patients in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid sessions, with flexibility to build a caseload that fits your schedule. The role centers on direct clinical work while the practice handles referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling support, and other administrative tasks. Clinicians maintain clinical autonomy and can use AI-supported documentation tools, secure telehealth, and patient communication workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing outpatient medication management.
- Provide care through in-person, telemedicine, or hybrid visits.
- Coordinate with dedicated coaches and clinical team members to support case matching and peer consultation.
- Use secure telehealth platforms, scheduling support, and patient communication tools in day-to-day practice.
- Document care using clinically backed AI tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.
- Participate in weekly office hours and clinical support opportunities.
- Manage patient care independently while maintaining clinical autonomy.
Required
- Active psychiatrist license in Missouri.
- Reside in Missouri.
- Work as a full-time or part-time contract clinician (1099).
Preferred
- Experience with telemedicine or hybrid psychiatric care.
- Interest in flexible, private-practice-style outpatient psychiatry.
- Comfort using digital tools for documentation and patient communication.
