Provide psychiatric care to adults in a flexible private-practice style model, with the option to see patients in person, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid format. The role focuses on direct patient care for referred clients while maintaining clinical autonomy and using a streamlined support structure for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment are supported by referral flow, secure telehealth tools, and peer consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric visits in office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid settings.
- Provide direct care to patients referred through the provider directory and marketing efforts.
- Manage patient treatment independently while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
- Use secure telehealth platforms for virtual care when applicable.
- Coordinate with scheduling support and operational resources to support patient access.
- Participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director and peer consultation opportunities.
- Document and deliver care within a model that includes billing and credentialing support.
Required
- Licensed psychiatrist.
- Reside in Michigan.
- Be available for a full-time or part-time 1099 contract position.
Preferred
- Experience with telemedicine or hybrid practice.
