Provide psychiatric care for patients in a flexible private-practice-style model, primarily through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visits. The work centers on delivering outpatient mental health treatment while maintaining clinical autonomy and using the platform’s referral, billing, and scheduling support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for outpatient patients.
- Provide care through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid visit formats.
- Coordinate with the practice support team for scheduling assistance, billing, and credentialing workflows.
- Use secure telehealth platforms and other operational tools provided by the organization.
- Participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director and peer consultation opportunities.
- Maintain independent clinical decision-making while working within the referral-based practice model.
Required
- Active licensure as a psychiatrist.
- Residency in Massachusetts.
- Availability for a full-time or part-time 1099 contract role.
Preferred

- Comfort providing both telemedicine and in-person outpatient care.
