Provide outpatient psychiatric care for patients in a flexible private-practice style model, with the option to see patients in person, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid format. The role centers on clinical treatment and medication management while the organization handles referrals, billing, credentialing, and scheduling support. Psychiatrists maintain clinical autonomy and can focus on patient care rather than practice operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing outpatient follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management and other core psychiatric treatment as clinically appropriate.
- Use telemedicine or in-person visit formats based on your preferred practice model.
- Coordinate care within a supported system that includes referral intake and scheduling assistance.
- Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation opportunities with the medical director.
- Document and manage care within a streamlined, insurer-credentialed practice workflow.
Required
- Licensed psychiatrist.
- Reside in Delaware.
- Be available for a full-time or part-time contract (1099) role.
Preferred
- Experience with telemedicine or hybrid outpatient psychiatry.
