Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for clients through office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid practice, with flexibility to set your own schedule. The work centers on personalized treatment and measurement-based care, with support for building or expanding a practice and adjusting caseload to fit clinical interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult clients.
- Provide evidence-based treatment using personalized care plans and measurement-based care techniques.
- Use secure video telehealth, scheduling tools, and patient communication channels to support care delivery.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in optional weekly office hours and case consultation.
- Manage documentation and billing workflows through the platform’s support tools and services.
- Participate in practice growth activities by accepting thoughtfully matched clients and adjusting caseload as needed.
Required
- Licensed psychiatrist.
- Residence in Rhode Island.
- Availability for a full-time or part-time contract position.
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or hybrid practice models.
- Interest in using measurement-based care.
- Comfort working in an insurance-based outpatient practice.
