Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients across a range of mental health needs.
- Provide care via telehealth or in-person sessions based on client and practice needs.

- Coordinate with client matching and referral workflows to build and manage a caseload.

Required
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Full independent licensure by the State Board to provide therapy without supervision.
- Active licensure in an applicable credential such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP.

- Prior experience working in telehealth or hybrid therapy settings.
