Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients via telehealth or in person.
- Provide care across a range of mental health concerns and specialties.
- Use AI-powered tools to complete clinical notes, treatment plans, and session preparation.
- Coordinate with client referrals, onboarding, and practice support resources.
- Collaborate with clients on goals, reflections, and between-session engagement.
- Maintain documentation that is clinically grounded and insurance-compliant.
Required
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Full independent licensure by the State Board to provide therapy without supervision.
- Active license in a qualifying mental health discipline such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP.
Preferred
- Experience providing telehealth therapy.
- Experience managing an independent caseload or private practice.
