Provide outpatient therapy for clients across a range of mental health needs, with sessions delivered either via telehealth or in person. The role supports therapists managing their own caseload, including bringing existing clients and receiving new referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with diverse mental health concerns.
- Provide care via telehealth or in-person appointments.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline documentation, session prep, goal setting, and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with the platform’s matching and referral workflow to build and maintain a caseload.
- Document visits with insurance-compliant clinical notes.
- Collaborate with clients on diagnoses, goals, and care plans.
- Support engagement between sessions with takeaways and structured reflections.
Required
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Active independent licensure to provide therapy without supervision, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP.
Preferred
- Experience providing telehealth therapy.
- Experience working with major insurance payors.
- Experience managing a private practice or independent caseload.
