Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions for clients using telehealth or in-person modalities.
- Provide care across a range of therapeutic specialties and client presentations.
- Coordinate ongoing treatment planning, goal setting, and diagnosis alignment with clients.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline note writing, session preparation, and client follow-up.
- Review client reflections and session takeaways to support continuity between visits.
- Manage your own practice workflow and caseload with support from the platform.

Required
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.
- Active licensure in a qualifying mental health discipline such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP.
Preferred
- Experience providing telehealth therapy.
- Experience working in private practice or managing an independent caseload.
- Familiarity with insurance-based practice workflows.
