Provide therapy for clients across a range of mental health concerns through both telehealth and in-person sessions, with the flexibility to manage an independent caseload and bring existing clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions via telehealth or in-person formats.
- Provide care for clients with a variety of mental health needs across different specialties.
- Coordinate ongoing treatment planning, goal setting, and progress tracking with clients.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate clinical notes and reduce documentation time.
- Review client reflections, session takeaways, and session prep materials to support care between visits.
- Manage an independent practice workflow, including accepted insurance and client scheduling needs.
- Participate in client matching and referral workflows to build and maintain a caseload.
Required
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Fully licensed by the state board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.
- Hold an active clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP.
Preferred
- Prior experience providing telehealth therapy.
- Experience managing an independent private practice or existing client caseload.
- Familiarity with insurance-based outpatient therapy workflows.
