The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining timely documentation while working from home with flexible scheduling. Care is supported by a clinical team, peer consultation, and AI-enabled documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation using the company’s AI-powered scribe and EHR workflows.
- Participate in regular team meetings, clinical consultation, and peer case review.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Arkansas.
- Ability to work in a contract, part-time, or full-time capacity with at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
