Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health, life transitions, and age-appropriate support. You will complete clinical assessments, build treatment plans, and monitor progress while working with a full caseload and flexible scheduling. The practice is fully remote and uses an AI-powered documentation assistant, with care coordination and clinician support handling much of the administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other later-life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation.
- Use evidence-based approaches to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active PSYPACT eligibility or authorization to provide telehealth across PSYPACT states.
- Ability to work at least 15 sessions per week.
- Experience with telehealth and electronic health records.
