The role includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning with regular progress monitoring. Work is largely virtual and supported by coordinated referrals, an AI documentation assistant, and a geriatric-focused clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support clients through major life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence.
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultation to support best practices.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 sessions per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

- Experience working with older adults.
