The role is highly flexible and remote, with admin and patient acquisition support handled by the practice so the clinician can focus on care. It also includes regular team consultation, treatment planning, and documentation support through tech-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and related life transitions.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case review, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-taking.
Required
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).
- PSYPACT authorization to practice across participating states.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
